Shipping policy
Orders are shipped from the UK. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes based on your country’s local custom regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If any fees apply, the shipping carrier will notify you directly before your parcel is delivered.
We offer free standard shipping to the UK, USA and Europe on orders over £120/€150/$150. Paid for delivery is available for the rest of the world:
- UK - 3 to 5 working days
- USA - 7 to 10 working days
- Europe - 3 to 7 working days
- Rest of the World - 7 to 10 working days (shipping costs are calculated at checkout)
We also offer express shipping:
- UK (£10) - 1 to 2 working days
- USA ($35) - 3 to 7 working days
- Europe (€35) - 2 to 4 working days
- Rest of the World - 3 to 7 working days (shipping costs are calculated at checkout)
For Express shipping, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM GMT to be dispatched the same day. Please note that the above-quoted timeframes are for standard products. The following services will add the additional quoted time to your order:
- Prescription Lenses and/or Transition Lenses - 3 to 10 working days (time will depend on your prescription)
- Polarisation / Blue Light - 3 to 7 working days
- Engraving - 3 to 4 working days.
- Nose Pads - 5 to 7 working days
Orders placed after 2pm GMT on Fridays, during weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
