- Eligibility - The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Employees of FINLAY & CO. Ltd, Seaquelle, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Entry Requirements - To enter, participants must register using their email address. By entering, participants agree to their data being shared with both FINLAY & CO. Ltd and Seaquelle for the purposes of receiving marketing communications. Entrants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the emails. - Giveaway Period - The giveaway opens on Tuesday 21st October and closes on Monday 27th October 2025 at midnight GMT. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
- Prize - The prize to win a pair of FINLAY sunglasses and a Seaquelle Bikini set or Swimsuit. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Winner Selection and Notification - The winner will be selected at random in a fair process after the giveaway closing date. The winner will be contacted directly by the FINLAY & CO. Ltd team (care@finlayandco.com) and Seaquelle (hello@seaquelle.com) only, on Tuesday 28th October. Communication will be sent to the email address used to enter the competition. FINLAY & CO. Ltd will never ask winners for payment or bank details. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected.
